The Oculus Rift

Hi there! I'll be informing you about a new technology coming out that will impress all those gamers out there. Enjoy!

What is it?

Have you ever fantasized that it was you actually in a video game pulling off all those amazing stunts and going on an adventure? Well, with the Oculus rift, you are able to take a step into the game with only one developer kit. Developed by the Oculus VR, the oculus rift is a platform designed for a virtual reality gaming experience. It is a technology gadget that covers the eyes and makes 3-dimentional images appear. It all started off from a project on Kickstarter created by a user who recieved a multi-million dollar fund.

How does it Work?

Using the oculus rift is actually quite simple. Assembling the rift is required, though when completed, you are able to adjust it to find the best needed focal point for your eyes. It fits just like a pair of ski goggles and are comfortable. If you are someone who wears glasses, you can wear your glasses under the rift visor, no taking off of the glasses is required. There is also a menu where you can adjust the software for any visual type that meets your needs. It is said that "Everyone will be able to see 20/20 in virtual reality".

When placed on your eyes, you are able to now view the game right through your eyes and can began playing, using a controller (shown in video below).

 Pros?

When reading more and more about the oculus rift, I have found many reasons to why this gadget should be out on the market. First of all, many of us love video games, have loved video games or at the least played a couple of them. But how many of us can actually say you've been "inside" a video game? With this outstanding creation, we can all take a step into the actual game and experience something new and adventurous. As mentioned above, we all have different eye types and with the available adjustments and softwares to meet our exact needs, everyone who tries it can feel that they fit in, as your eye sight will absolutely NOT affect what you see in the rift. What I also find good about this product is that it's "different". There has been so many new technology coming out but it mainly has to do with social media. This involoves all those cellular devices, laptops and computers, as well as tablets. The oculus rift is a new creation and I like that because it's not just a new updated version of a playstation or xbox, it's is a gadget that allows you to experience something great through various game stations.

 Cons?

There was just the one disadvantage I have found regarding the oculus rift, which is addiction. What I mean by this is that a lot of people are already addicted to playing video games, and some people spend over 10 hours a day on them. If such a great gadget is owned by many individuals, it might create a bigger addiction to video games and we already have enough people addicted to other things like social media and the internet. As this technology creates a wonderful experience, people using the gadget should be warned about the use of it, as they shouldn't be taking it for granted and playing on it 24/7.

Watch the video below to see someone using the oculus rift-- it's like actual driving (great practice!)

Buy it or Not?

In my opinion, I would definetely purchase an oculus rift, trying it out would be something great to go through. Many say that the one weakness to it is not seeing the real world while playing it. Using the rift is like being in a movie, facing things you would never imagine facing. You are also able to face things you've been afraid of your whole life, for example: you can practice being on the road driving for those who are scared of driving and you can also master high heights with climbing games. It is just a never ending list of possibilities that can be mastered with the one gadget. So if I were you, I would get onto that pre-order list right now and start doing some more reasearch on this gadget!

Xbox One: The Console that "Changes Everything"

Microsoft held a special "Xbox Reveal Event" today to unveil their latest foray into the console market, marking the end of the current console cycle. Their newly announced hardware on display at a glitzy show along with a flurry of other eye catching announcements, along with tech demos that just flexed the Xbox’s muscles. The new console, called the “Xbox One” was also shown, with its reflective rectangular body, and sleek curves, it has to be one of the most aesthetically pleasing consoles out there. Microsoft’s rivals, Sony, had already announced their new console, the PS4, earlier this year. Both will be looking to one up each other’s efforts and trying to establish as the ultimate gaming machine. Microsoft has gone for a slightly different approach this time around, trying to not only garner the attention of the old Xbox faithful, but also the people who want a device that can be more than just a way to play games.

The console itself, The Xbox One

The much anticipated packs in an impressive number of features and internal hardware. Featuring an 8 core processor, with 8 GB of DDR3 ram, a custom made GPU produced by AMD power this beast of a machine. Also included is a 500 GB hard drive that may raise a few eyebrows, as you can find similar capacities on current-gen consoles. The Xbox one finally has a Blu-Ray drive, allowing it to read disks with about 50 GB of storage.  The console also contains multiple 802.11n radios and a Gigabit Ethernet port. These numbers are quite impressive, and quite similar to its arch rival, the PS4.

Some of the technical highlights of the Xbox One

Included in the box when you purchase the Xbox One is a controller, the console itself along with the newer and upgraded version of Kinect. With this newest iteration, it now has a camera capable of shooting 1080p video at 30 frames per second, and motion sensing accurate enough to detect finger movement and hand gestures. This is a bold step by Microsoft by bundling the Kinect with the console from the get go, and it is also said that the Xbox One cannot function when the Kinect is not connected to it. The controller itself also got a redesign, with Microsoft citing 40 intricate changes, some highlights including improved analog sticks, a more traditional D-pad, the back becoming one solid piece and many others. One feature that did stick out was the rumbling triggers, a new innovation, but that is treading on the fine line between a marvellous innovation and a cheap gimmick.

Whats Included in the box
One of the Xbox One’s main goals is to harmonize your living room, forcing all of its vital components to collaborate with each other to create a perfectly synced, simple and easy to use home theatre system. With the help of numerous methods of input, using traditional, modern and even bizarre ways to communicate with the Xbox One, the user can easily craft their own way to use the Xbox and its advanced features. One could use a smart device such as a tablet, your smartphone or even IPods to control the Xbox. There’s always the traditional way of using it, and that’s with the provided Xbox One controller. The third and the most imaginative way is using the Kinect. You could use one of the many predetermined hand gestures to give a command or even just utter the words out loud for the Kinect to hear and grant your wish. It’s almost magical the way that it transforms your very words into action almost instantly. That’s stuff you expect to find in Sci-fi worlds such as Star Trek or Iron Man, not your living room.

The new and improved Xbox Controller

Microsoft is really jumping right into the deep end with this console, obsessed with becoming the centre of attention in your ever crowded living room. It wants to be involved in all aspects that involve you using your TV in your living room, gaming, music, movies and live TV. With the Blu-Ray drive finally included, users can enjoy crisp 1080p video with lossless audio. But it doesn’t stop there. With the help of Kinect, you can seamlessly switch between any of living room devices. Watching TV and want to get in a quick game in the commercial, one hand gesture or voice command will instantly bring you to the game you want, already loaded, roaring to go. Watching a Movie and want to take a break and listen to music, no problem. Transitioning between these mediums has been reduced to one flick of the hand or a couple of words, and it’s never been easier. This is one feature that truly separates the Xbox One from the pack.

All of these things sound great on paper, but like any other new device that ventures onto the consumer market, it has its drawbacks. For one, the Xbox One does not offer backwards compatibility. So all of your old games from the Xbox 360 will not work with this console; however Microsoft could choose to use its cloud services to let gamers stream their older games, but no official word has been given on this matter. It has also been said that to play a game from a disc, you have to install it into your Xbox, and this could raise more than a few eyebrows. For one, 500 GB of storage does seem a bit constricted, especially when you take all the digital content on your Xbox into consideration. It also sparks another debate as to whether you could buy and sell used games without having to pay some sort of tax or penalty. It could even make borrowing a game from your friend a hassle, one that Microsoft should surely avoid.

                                                                 Xbox reveal trailer

As this was just revealed to the world today, naturally there is a lot of important information missing. Price point is a huge matter in which Microsoft needs to tread carefully on, pricing it too high could make it beyond the reach of many and pricing it too low could end up costing them money. The release date is also yet to be confirmed, but it is believed to be before the end of the year. Another important aspect of the console missing from today’s presentation was the presence of games. With only a handful of games even discussed, the only positive on this front that can be taken away is the promising partnership with Electronic Arts (EA). As eye catching the new feature Microsoft announced today seem to be, they must not forget their roots and the foundation of their fan base, the gamers. It’s all good to have a great all in one device in your living room, but not at the sacrifice of gaming, which after all is what the Xbox started as, a true and pure gaming machine.

Personally speaking, this appears to be a splendid, well-oiled machine, designed to just work and get the job done properly. A lot has yet to be revealed for one to make a sound judgement, but as it stands, this seems to be a more attractive proposition than the PS4, just because of how well rounded it is. Microsoft has found and pin pointed a gap in the consumer’s electronic market, and is filling it with this piece of technological marvel.

However, Microsoft could have possibly opened the floodgates to a new type of device. It can do everything that Apple TV can, most if not all of what a PS4 can and still some. Not only would this raise the bar, but also invite its competition to step their game up if they truly want to go toe to toe with this software giant. It will also raise the consumer’s expectation of products being integrated into not only their everyday lives, but also to each other, to offer one big immersive experience. It truly has the potential to be the console that “changes everything”.

Jump to the 1:28 hour mark for the full presentation

Leap Motion Controller

Today I will be talking about a new device that will come out in the market this summer. It is called the Leap Motion Controller.
The Leap Motion Controller is a device for your computer, which enables you to program and use your computer with just your hands. It senses the ways you move your hand, so you can pinch, point, push, grab, wave and perform almost any hand gesture without using your mouse.
In my opinion, I feel that this device can be very beneficial to this generation of technology users. It gives us an easy way to interact with our computer by just using our hands. It opens up a new array of possible controls, something that is limited when you are just using a mouse.
Not only can you paint, draw, sculpt, and mold objects on your computer by just using your fingers, you can play the guitar, flip through pages in a web book, play games and so much more.

The Leap Motion Controller is very precise and accurate, and can sense any hand motions and movements you perform. It can also distinguish which finger your using, all the way from your pinky to your thumb. It can also sense when you move, or bend your hands in different directions.

The Leap Motion Controller also comes with it's very own App Store, where you can download specially designed apps, and use the Leap Motion Controller to play games, paint, listen to music, read,  and much, much more.

I think that the Leap Motion Controller is a great invention, one that will help many people in the years to come, and provide a sense of satisfaction. It will be like using a tablet, except on a much larger screen, and no worry of getting the screen dirty, since there will be absolutely no need to touch your computer screen in the first place.

Although this device might not be completely accurate, and may sense your motions differently, I think that many people will soon realize the potential of this tiny device, that costs only $80 and acknowledge the fact that the Leap Motion Controller is in fact, a very good invention indeed.

Up BY Jawbone
By: Mutiara Neisy

Hey guys! I will be talking to you about this awesome, amazing and unique wristband called UP.

Up by Jawbone is a wristband that tracks your movement. It tracks what you eat, how much you have moved, when you sleep, etc. It is a whole new accessory that displays your data, also lets you add meals and mood, etc. A quick fact of UP is that this product used up 2.9 million hours of testing as shown in the video. I am going to tell you further about this life tracking wristband.

This wristband has many features and apps that goes with it. Some general features that UP has is that it has a sleep tracking feature, 24/7 activity tracking feature, food and drink tracking feature, smart alarm feature, power nap feature, stopwatch mode feature, idle alert feature, nutrition database feature, bar-code scanner, and insight engine feature. Seeing all these features, who wouldn't want to buy this amazing wristband? I will explain these features to you to get you more familiar with this wristband.

The sleep tracking feature tracks how long you have slept, tracks your light and deep sleeps, also your waking moments. The 24/7 activity feature tracks your every move including distance, tracks how many calories have you burn, activity time, and your active intensity. The food and drink feature tracks what food you have eaten. The smart alarm feature wakes you up at the time you would feel fresh and also at the right time in your sleep cycle. The idle alert feature reminds you to do activities when you have been inactive for too long. The nutrition database feature tracks how many calories or fiber are in your food, also works with the bar-code scanner. This wristband has a 10-day battery, it is waterproof and it also comes in different colors and sizes, and it is made to fit comfortably on your hand.

With all these features, you have to have an app to check all of these features in. UP provided us with the UP app that lets us check our data. Unfortunately, this app is currently available in Apple Store and Google Play only. So, if you do not have an apple product, you cannot access to your data and so the wristband is pointless.

I would personally buy this band because I want to keep track on everything I do, and see what I did right and wrong. I think that this band is very unique and it has many amazing features that most wristband do not have. It basically tracks your life and it is just amazing.

In conclusion, this wristband is a great way to keep track on your everyday life and it may make a difference into your life!

The Future for the Visually Impaired

Smart phones what an easy device to use with a couple of swipes and taps here and there. The screen we use so commonly to navigate through the phones many features, but what if you couldn't see the screen, the complicated features and variety of apps we’re all so attached were just a screen without any guidance through a minefield. Well the solution has arrived with the new smart phone called Georgie to help blind users to help with tasks like reading text, knowing there exacts locations in unknown areas and many other day to day tasks. Georgie demonstrates the vast improvement of technology over the years from a flip phone to a phone that’s specialized for the visually impaired and shows us how far technology can go further in the future.

Other than the idea of having a phone used by a blind user, this phone sums up every life necessity such as travel, communication and lifestyle all these include numerous day to day features such as record and send a text. From the communication necessity which is calling, the phone announces each number and saves the number for future references. Also when the user navigates through the contacts it announces each contact to ensure proper selection. Another marvelous feature of this phone is that it allows you to blog, therefore not separating you from the online world and maintaining an online profile. Moving on to the travel feature this phone allows blind users to input their point of intersection and even allow them to make a custom path so they can avoid leaning branches that might scrape against their face so it gives the user a heads up. In addition, this feature also can be used as an emergency because if the user is lost and in an unfamiliar place, it gives a signal to your family member exactly where you are standing so they can pick you up. There is also a feature called buses which tells the timing of the bus and which side of the road to stand on. To reduce confusion and mishaps this phone reads the user selection, to make sure of their selection. Moreover, looking at the lifestyle aspect this phone has a near me function which is used by a Google data base shows the users the nearest cafes, pubs, religious sites, etc. While at cafes, you might not know what’s on the menu but with the help of the camera function and audio assistance you can scan the menu at then Georgie announces it back to you. Therefore, encouraging the user to read more printed documents as well as giving the satisfaction of knowing properly what they order. And finally the core of the phone which is the question feature allows users to pose any question and Georgie will answer, much like Apple’s Siri but more visually impaired friendly since the phone is inclined to the blind community.

I believe that technology has improved drastically over the years, this phone has laid down what the future has to offer for the impaired in general. Just the other day I was surfing the web about technological improvements when I happened to come over a bionic arm for a double amputee was being controlled by an app on Apple, showing many hand gestures including a formal handshake and firm grasp. This phone gives the visually impaired independence to go or do whatever they want to do without their family members going along with them. Therefore, helping the user become more independent and also letting the family member know that they can go alone with the help of Georgie and in case of an emergency they can always use the feature which tells the family member that you’re in unknown place. Overall this phone creates independence and the feel of safety also shows us the direction which technology will take us.

Aside from its features this has a positive impact on the society we live in, for example the awkward feeling we all have felt when you want to help the blind but what if they react negatively, this awkwardness won’t be an issue because Georgie creates independence for the visually impaired through its numerous amounts of features that help them. Society hasn’t neglected to improve technology for the impaired for example companies like Samsung and Apple create new phones every year leaving behind the impaired with its intricate features for the non-impaired but companies like Georgie support the impaired to the next level with impaired friendly apps. This creates a sense of fairness because before using a phone is only for non-impaired only and impaired should use the white cane but now the impaired can have these phones specialized for them and can go places with the help of their phones leaving the white cane behind. Therefore, technology for the non-impaired improves while the technology for impaired will increase side by side ensuring fairness. Lastly the government is encouraging the impaired to join the service industries, from this I can infer that technology will definitely improve to help the blind get into these jobs.

To conclude, Georgie is the foundation for the upcoming advancements in technology for the impaired. Georgie creates the sense of independence for the user because they can do or go whatever they want without their family member helping every second and also helps the family member become less worried about them because safety is ensured. Also with the help of big companies like Apple and Samsung they are creating apps for the impaired, it shows everyone is trying. Let’s all witness where technology will take us.

Nike Fuel Band

NIKE'S FUEL-BAND

Hey guys, today i'll be talking about the Nike fuel band.I chose this item because its not an item that hasn't been brought as much and its an item that relates to health and sports. I find this gadget to be very interesting because it isn't like normal bands that you wear. As a long distance runner, the Nike fuel band offers a simple, design that doesn't get in the way during most physical activities. It's pedometer tracks steps taken, calories burned, and a proprietary measurement of activity called Nike Fuel. The accompanying iOS app and Nike+ Web site offers graphs and data of your workout. Also the app and site gives great motivational tips to complete your goals.

Here is a video of the how the band works:

As you can see in the video, you can do all sort of activity to stay in shape

The Fuel-Band is a somewhat thick, rubber-feeling band that wraps around your wrist, secured by a metal clasp. Its simplistic design: a single button for scrolling through the categories, a large row of 100 white LED's that display the readouts, and a smaller line of 20 color LED's that change from red to green as you get closer to your stated goal. You push the button to get the Nike Fuel score, and push it again to rotate through calories, steps, and the time. Also there are 3 types of colors:

There is Black
There is White Ice

And there Black Ice
In my opinion I prefer the Black band.

Although the Fuel-Band is a great Product, without the appropriate apps the band is worthless. Also the apps can be only be found on apple store. Therefore without an apple product you can't access the info or graph you want to see. Also the Band won't give you an accurate GPS-based reading on how far you've run. The band wont give you a reading how much calories you burn if your not moving your arms.

In conclusion, I find the Nike Fuel-Band is a very inspiring device which makes you want to take that extra step to complete your goals.Like taking the stair instead of the lift or walking than taking your car. Also altogether the band has an attractive design to it, making athlete like my self want to buy it. But I will admit that the band may not be accurate but the device isn't about the data, its about you setting your goals and trying to beat them to become health person.

Ferrari La Ferrari - The Pinnacle of Car Performance

The year 2013 has become the year of dominance in terms of car technology and pushing car performance to its limits. What we can expect from 2013 is a wide variety of cars from different countries. However, the one that stands out from the rest is the Ferrari La Ferrari, which literally means "The Ferrari" in Italian, in order to symbolize the perfection and excellence of a modern day Ferrari. What most speculate to be the new flagship model of the company and the successor to  the old Ferrari Enzo, La Ferrari has some very huge shoes to fill. Revealed earlier this year at the biggest motoring show of the year at Geneva, the La Ferrari seemed to be the center of attention and will be when it goes on sale to the public somewhere in the middle of next year. With only 499 units being made, just like its predecessor which are likely to sell out within weeks of its launch, La Ferrari will slowly make its way to the top and possibly become one of the greatest cars of all time.

Here is the official launch video of the new Ferrari La Ferrari:

La Ferrari

This is its predecessor, the Ferrari Enzo.

Here are some of La Ferrari's main competitors:

 Mclaren P1

Lamborghini Veneno

Lamborghini Gallardo

Porsche 918 Turbo

In terms of performance, La Ferrari's performance specifications are off the scale and its astounding performance makes it the fastest Ferrari in history to date. Ferrari is stating that their new car will easily be able to go quicker than 350 km/h (220 mph), which dwarfs the old one which could only do 208 mph. It'll able to go from a stand still to 100 km/h (62 mph) in under 3 seconds just like its main competition and rival, the McLaren P1. What makes this one far more superior than its main rivals is that it is able to go from a stand still to 300 km/h (186 mph) in just under 15 seconds. This is  absolutely staggering considering its 2 seconds faster than the McLaren P1 and just over one second faster than the fastest car in the world, the Bugatti Veyron Super Sport (only from 0 to 300 km/h).

Also, from a technological standpoint, the specifications of the La Ferrari are quite unique and very helpful to the driver in situations such as racing on a track or helping the driver in long journeys. For example, using the new HY-KERS, which was just recently built for Formula 1 and for super cars and hyper cars of this caliber, the La Ferrari uses this system in a very remarkable way. While most super cars use the on board computer system to enhance just the car's performance, both the La Ferrari and the McLaren P1 use them to enhance the car's performance as well as the car's environmental impact. For example, by using the HY-KERS system, Ferrari has created the first hybrid Ferrari which provides the highest power output of any Ferrari. This also reduces the fuel consumption by 40%, which is a major improvement over its predecessor and a major improvement in car fuel consumption. No car up until now has been able to consume such a little amount of fuel and be able to perform better than expectations. Also, due this little amount of fuel consumption C02 emissions have been down to 330 g/km from 545 g/km which is astonishing considering that most super cars only reduce C0emissions from anywhere from 100 g/km - 120 g/km. Along with the new computer system, Ferrari has also gone with a conventional set up of rear wheel drive ( which is when the power of the car goes to the back tires) and engine in the middle which is more essential when racing on a track and that's mostly what Ferrari is about. Another reason why this legendary configuration is used is because the HY-KERS system is easily able to adapt to the engine. Along with all of these new features, Ferrari's new all inspiring car seems very promising.

To know more about the technology specifications of this car click on the link below:

http://www.laferrari.com/en/techicalspecifications/

In my opinion, I found this Ferrari to be the most mind blowing one of them all because of all of the improvements over its predecessor. Also, I personally feel it was about time to launch this car because the new Ferrari's that came out in the past had all come out a few years after its predecessors and this one is coming out 11 years after. It should have come sooner but at least it's coming out. The feature of this car that makes it so astonishing was its appearance because it looks very modern, sleek, innovative and it looks like a piece of art. Interestingly, Ferrari states that it isn't art, they say that it is science that makes their car look so good and allows it to do the things that they claim that it can do. For example, they claim that the headlights are smaller so that the lights are able to concentrate on one place on the road when the driver is driving. They also stated that there are much more panel gaps in this car so that the air coming through these panel gaps can cool the car down more easily. But either way, it is one of the most beautiful cars to have ever been created. What also caught my eye was how economically friendly this car is since most cars of this caliber are always very quick and powerful but also have a very negative impact on the environment. On the other hand, the La Ferrari is a different story. Also, in some ways it's the other way around because when most super cars include cars with hybrid technology they are usually slower and cannot reach their full potential in terms of car performance. The La Ferrari's hybrid engine elevates the car's performance, which completely surprised me. Another selling feature of this car is the HY-KERS system because it is one of the major reasons why this car can go quickly, along with the reduced weight of the car, from 1300 kg (2866 lbs) to 1255 kg (2767 lbs), which may not seem like much but it makes a world of difference at top speed. The HY-KERS system is the best computer system out on the market and I believe that Ferrari made the right choice by choosing this system along with McLaren. I think that the La Ferrari could usher in a whole new era in car performance and impact on the environment. The only problem I have with this product is its exclusivity because only 499 units are being made and all are going to sell out very quickly which I believe is not enough to please the world because there are many millionaires out there who would like to buy one. If Ferrari expanded the number of La Ferrari's, then it would satisfy the company in terms of profit and millionaires. Unfortunately I will never be able to buy one, let alone drive it, since it's worth $1,200,000! Overall this car is the standard barrier and will probably be the super car to beat for the next decade, maybe even longer.

Now many of you must be thinking that this car will not affect the technology at all because most cars have not done so in the past, but actually it will change technology and many of the digital devices that we use in our daily lives. For example, Ferrari states that the graphics of the computer's interface are very hi-def and even have more high definition that any smartphones, televisions, or consoles out there on the market today. Also, this new Ferrari will  improve the video frames per second in a smartphone from 30 fps (in general) to any where from 50-60. But the biggest area where La Ferrari will change technology is in wireless technology because the La Ferrari is easily able to connect to the internet in order to access its navigation or any other of its features and even in private networks it is able to do the same thing. Though many critics have seen this as a violation of privacy, Ferrari claims that it will not go into your account and access your files, it will just use your internet for the driver's needs. Now this changes technology, particularly smartphones and laptops because they can't always be connected on the road but with the La Ferrari's new technology being integrated into smartphones and laptops, this will allow the user to be more connected at virtually any time except they will be on the road. Also, with the previous models (not the La Ferrari) Ferrari has been working with Apple in order to improve the graphics of all the Ferrari's that came out up until the La Ferrari. Here is the website which shows us what Apple has integrated in a previous model called the Ferrari FF:
http://www.ferrari.com/english/about_ferrari/corporate/Pages/130307-apple-and-ferrari-first-steps-together.aspx

The Verdict

Even though this car has not released yet, it has shown that it has the potential to be the car of the year and maybe even the car of the decade because we haven't seen anything like it yet. With the La Ferrari having to fill in the shoes of possibly one of the greatest cars of all time (the Ferrari Enzo), it has a lot of expectations to meet but I believe that it will be an amazing piece of engineering. It will become a reference for future technology as more and more technology inspired by cars (such as, smartphones, laptops, trains, planes etc.). Its main competition, the McLaren P1, will be very hard to beat but in the end I believe that the La Ferrari will beat it simply because the McLaren P1 is all technological based whereas, the La Ferrari is technologically based and has innovation. Overall, I think that this has become the pinnacle of car performance and technology of this decade.

Feel free to ask any questions that you might have about the new La Ferrari and I will try to reply and respond to them as soon as I possibly can.

By the way, check out the following link of the official Ferrari website to be updated on all their products that are out and will be coming out in the future!

Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1

Introducing the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1

A new item that's recently been released on the tablet market is the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1.  The Note series is widely known for the recently released phone the Samsung Note II but Samsung has made a new addition to the series with the Note 10.1

Many say note 10.1 is just a larger version of the Note II and part of me agrees with them although the tablet does offer a variety of useful features such as the five megapixel Webcam and the 1.9 megapixel front camera . And although the Samsung Note II was known for its unique size the note 10.1 is still considerably larger due to the fact that's its a tablet.

Another similarity between the Note II and the 10.1 is that they both come with an S pen, a Samsung made stylus which makes clicking easier on your tablet. The 10.1 has a small pocket on the back of the tablet where you can keep the S pen so you don't have to carry it around with you in your pocket or purse wherever you go while still maintaining easy access to the pen

Personally I would prefer to buy the Note II just because of the minor added specs and the fact that it has a phone but Samsung still did a pretty good job on the Note 10.1 it has a nice front cam that you can record 1080p videos with, a 5 megapixel webcam, it's a lot larger than the Note II and comes with an S pen. As for the operating system the Note 10.1 runs on Android software as do all Samsung phones and Tablets and offers free updates.

If you have any questions about the Note 10.1 feel free to ask as I will try to reply as soon as possible.

The Amazing Mac Book Pro

Hey everyone, today I will be presenting you the Mac Book Pro’s multitudinous features, awesome characteristics and discussing the third generation of the Mac in great detail. Enjoy!

The Mac Book Pro, now currently at its third generation has blown people away with its simple but worthwhile innovations towards the actual laptop in the past years.

The first generation, which was a 17-inch Mac book Pro, was announced by Apple Genius, Steve Jobbs on January 10th 2006. This brought great interest and plenty of attraction to customers. Several updates were added as the years followed.

Because technology is always ahead and advancing at a higher level, obviously there were many updates made to make the appearance stunning, the features even better than before, the sizes improved, the great quality and gloss of the screen and much more.

For the first generation of the Mac, the 17-inch model replaced the PowerBook G4 and then in years 2012 and 2013, the latest Unibody and Retina were both released.

Now, I will speak in tremendous detail of the world’s highest revolution notebook, “The Mac Book Pro with Retina Display.”

With fast and reliable storage technology, a nice compact and super slim 15-inch model, it not only captures the look, but with its innumerable features the world is in awe, because with this notebook, it can’t do things other notebooks can. No other notebook is built to work like that either. That is why it’s the best. The Retina Display, is extremely thin, light, powerful in many ways and very time-efficient. This notebook was built for speed, power and uses less space. This notebook is the highest-performance Mac Book Pro model’s ever made. There’s something new to discover and explore, within every second. The design for this model is also incredible, and its unique difference is what’s ready to be used for the future. It’s capable of many things, and it’s portable to carry around anywhere. Even though there are many components, the system is organized and designed to stay on track respectively. And that’s called amazing technology.
